Excellent school for Children and especially for those with special needs. Whenever I think of times spent at some of the events for the school, I can still recall the joyful sound of children with bright happy eyes laughing, giggling in atmosphere of learning and a holy love.
My son is in his third and last year at Chai Pre-school. My daughter was there as well and while I enjoy seeing my children grow up I am sad to be leaving Chai. The teachers are warm and nurturing, but also set limits with the children when appropriate. When I leave my children in the morning I feel as though I'm leaving them with a trusted friend or relative. The teachers make it clear, more by their actions than actual words, that children are in the most trusted hands and will be kept safe, fed and happy while their parents are gone. Milestones are celebrated with the children daily. When children progress in some way, whether it's potty training, getting dressed on their own or learning something new, teachers praise them and instill pride in them. Friendships are fostered through play as well as learning problem solving and conflict resolution
