The school has amazing projects for the children and a fantastic indoor and outdoor space. It is clear the teachers put a lot of thought into each activity, and there are often one to two week in-depth themes that are truly impressive. However, the teachers are all so quick to point out the negative about each child. It seems like there is far more of a focus on developing the perfectly polite child rather than understanding that all children go through appropriate developmental stages.
My daughter is in her second year at Woodside. After visiting other Preschools this was the best transistion from home to school. Our daughter loves going to school everyday. There is much thought going into planning the different activites offered everyday. Great play based creative school. Amazing play yard and indoor play area for the rainy days. We will be back with the younger sibling :)
