My child started ECDC this year. I really thought this place was going to be amazing from the tour we went on and other parents reccommendations. I have walked into my childs class more than once to find two of the three teachers arguing while the kids just sat in the circle watching and waiting. This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. My child had told me before that the teachers argued, but I guess I had to see it to believe it. I have brought a concern to a teacher, to which there was no follow up. I often worry about my child's emotional safety at this school. A lot of bullying and inappropriate behavior goes unchecked by the adults. There are little to no lessons on inclusion, community, and 'being nice' to others. As a result, there are already cliques who run the playground, while quieter students get ignored.
