My daughter has been attending Kindercare El Cajon since she was an infant, she is now 4 years old and in the Pre-K class. The school has a good curriculum starting kids at age 3 with regular school work. Meals are provided with tuition and the meal selection is perfect for all ages and the meals are always hot. Snacks are also provided. The Assistant Director is fantastic and has been there the whole time we've been at the school. There is however a revolving door with the School Directors, over the last four years there has been about six directors which is a bit of a concern. The teacher turnover rate is, I hear, normal with most teachers staying an average of two years. We also find that teachers are not as attentive in the playground. The facility is clean and the playground is fantastic.
