I had my first child here, loved it then. And I am planning on enrolling my second there as well. Staff are very friendly, approachable, take good care of children
We have been at Kindercare for a number of years and have seen some rough times at this center with huge staff turn over and things like basic supplies not being provided to the children. That being said, we have seen a dramatic change in the past year under new leadership. The current director really and truly has the children at heart in her decisions. The staff seems happier than I have ever seen and that enthusiasm spreads right to the kids. Retention is up and the ability to attract new, qualified teachers also seems to be higher. We have actually had the same teacher for most of the year (which is a first in 4 years at this center). This has by far been the easiest year for our family. New ideas are being accepted and implemented along with a number of fun activities throughout the year.
