I'm extremely disappointed of the teaching staff and the director, in the sense that they don't feel a genuine need to do what is necessary to nurture each student through their respective age by ensuring that each student is keeping in line with the other students in the same age group. The attitude of this place is inconsiderate, The Director JACQUELINE HINOJOSA does not know what she is doing. Their job is to assist us, but they only make it more difficult on you. They are careless, no customer service. The staff is twofaced, the director has poor service skills and bad training of to her staff. Over all, it is not a good ethical place for your child to be taught.
I was new to the area when I signed my son up for this program. Coming from the Newport Beach area I have a very high standard and I'm happy to say that they have exceeded even my standards! The school is clean, classrooms are bright and cheerful and reflect what the children are currently learning and most of all the staff is very loving and nurturing. I highly recommend this program to anyone! They also have infant care, private kindergarten and before and after school care.
