Buena Park Kindercare

I took my daughter here a few years ago...let me just say, it was the worst experience. We have since moved over to Tutor Time...which is like night and day compared to this place. I hope this helps.

My daughter went here last summer and I expected way more out of them. She was watching tv when I came to pick her up and the assistant director was rude and angry when I told them I was taking her out. She learned absolutely nothing at this day care. After my horrible experience even their corporate and district offices got involved apologizing for the assistant directors behavior and offered me free day car for a few weeks. My respons was even if it were free for life I would never ever take my child back there. I will say the teachers were very sweet just not teaching more like babysitting.

If you want to waste your money and your time, this the perfect school for you. I sent my son when he turned 3, he is 4 now and he cannot write. He doesn't even hold his pencil right. He recognizes the letters and that is only because I paid Deanna $400 over last summer so she can teach him. He got hurt so many times. More than half the times nobody had a clue what had happened to him. He came home with a scrach on his face when I asked them the next day, Cindy said she is going to investigate and let me konw what had happened. She called an hour later saying that the scrach is a mosquito bite. REALLY! For your child's sake, don't send him/her there.
