Little Light Preschool

I have had 3 children attend Little Light Preschool my first Nicole, who was 4 at the time enrolled the first year they were opened. I was very worrried about Nicole being she was a very shy and timid child who was lacking most important social skills. Social skills are very important to ccontinue your learning sucess. Not only did they work with her on her social skills and I saw a complete turn around they prepared her for kindergarten learning in a way I could have not expected. She left kindergarten at the top of her class. She now starts highschool in August and is enrolled in all honors classes preparing her for a full college tuition scholarship. My 2nd daughter Katie, and my 3rd daughter Emily were also enrolled in Little Light Preschool at the age of 3. They also left with a learning experience that carried them through the years. Both are straight A students with excellent work ethics.......... My husband and I would like to thank Little Light Preschool and its dedicated staff for what they have done for my family. We couldn't have done it without you.........

My second child to attend Little Light will be completing preschool this May. We have had a wonderful experience and feel blessed to have found such fantastic school. The hands on learning that takes place here is irreplaceable! In a day and age where children have to jump in to such mature kindergarten curriculum, it is a relief to be a part of a school that understands the need for children in this age group to learn through play and experience. Both of my children were reading by the spring of their 4-year-old year. They just had an alphabet baseball game and every child was able to name their letters and the sounds they make. As someone with a background in Early Childhood Education and teaching experience in kindergarten and preschool, it doesn't get much better than that!

My daughter is now finishing up Kindergarten after attending Little Light Preschool. She would not have been as well prepared as she was if it were not for Ms. Nancy and her team. She was not only ready to thrive academically but also socially and spiritually.I can truly say that Ms. Nancy loves and cherished all of her students and brings out their potential with her awesome nurturing. My daughter attends school in an area where most of the students have attended private preschool and she is at the top of her class. I can't say enought about how thankful I am that my daughter attended preschool here.

I have had one child graduate from this school and another currently attending. The staff is amazing, the facilities are excellent, and my children have both loved their time there. My daughter was very well prepared to enter kindergarten and she is the top of her current kindergarten class. Thank you Little Light!

My son has attended Little Light Preschool for 2 years now, he started as a 3 year old and is now 4 (going on 5) and he is completely ready for Kindergarten. The program is awesome and the teachers excellent. Ms. Nancy has such a great way of teaching the kids in a hands-on way in so many areas including writing, math, science, music, etc. In addition to the regular curriculum they also have great events like Science Night and Transportation Day. When we took our son to be tested to register for Kindergarten the school was impressed with his writing, fine motor skills and recognition of numbers, shapes and letters. I am thrilled to have chosen this preschool to prepare my son to start Kindergarten.

This preschool is amazing. My daughter attended Little Light for 2 years and is missing the cut off for kindergarten this year. If they had an Early Learner's Program she would continue on here. What's more, when I started to look around at other program's I realized just how amazing the teachers, space, security, playground and overall energy of this school is. You will not be disappointed if you choose this school!

We have sent both of our children to this amazing school. The staff and teachers are fantastic. My daughter, now in 4th grade, benefited immensley from the personalized attention that she received. My son is starting Kindergarten, next year, and I believe that he will find the same success as my daughter because of the education that he has received in preschool. This is the best preschool! I could never have imagined that a preschool and it's teachers would go to such lengths to make my child feel welcomed and loved and provide a positive and stimulating educational experience. In addition to amazing art projects, well thought out lessons and themes, interesting learning stations, a beautiful play-yard and garden, this preschool goes above and beyond with Scence Night, Family Night, Transportation Day and other fun events. They even sent me an email after each class to let me know what the children learned, follow-up questions, and important events. The Teachers are organized and kind and really took the time to get to know my whole familly. I know they really care about my child. I would reccommed this preschool to EVERYONE!

My daughter attended her first year at LLP. As any parent I was nervous about leaving my child in the care of someone outside our family. However after meeting with the staff and touring the classroom, I was put at ease becuase I felt that not only did they have the experience with nurturing the minds of children but also took great care of their hearts as well. The teachers go above and beyond in their dedication and creativity. Safety was also something that put me at ease. As a family counselor, I was impressed by their strict safety and privacy procedures. I am looking forward to not only sending my daughter back, but for my other daughter to join in the fun learning environment too!

This is a wonderful, loving, caring preschool. The teachers invest countless hours into making the lessons captivating and exciting. The teacher emails parents after every class to let us know exactly what happened that day in class. We just had science night last week, and it was amazing! My son has not stopped talking about science night ever since. We highly recommend this preschool to everyone.
