My kid was hurt by another kid accidently and the school failed to give me an incident report. They did not explain anything when he was picked up. When we noticed in the car and went back asking what happend, they started to explain. I wrote an email that this was unacceptable and they need to be little more diligent in informing parents. No reply to my email and they spoke to me when I went to pick my kid they started to pickup a fight regarding the same. They felt I am threating them to sue. Instead of assuring me they will improve, the lady was plain rude and wanted me to withdraw.
My 2 kids go to Heritage montessori, they both simply love the school and the teachers. I am amazed to see my 4.5 year old daughter started reading!!! Teachers are very dedicated.
