If you're thinking about paying to have your child attend a 'private' KinderCare kindergarten, don't. The staff at any AZ KinderCare are overworked and underpaid (even more so than a public school, thus they don't always provide the quality education they should. Therefore, you are just throwing your hard earned money away. Also, at any given time if state ratios aren't being met, your child could be taken out of class and placed in another without your consent. Don't do it, your child won't get the education they would for free at any public school, and you're paying high $$ for it.
