We have been thrilled with this school! The nurturing teachers, accelerated curriculum and enrichment activities (Spanish and gymnastics) have allowed my daughter to develop so much self-confidence.
My daughter attended Kindergarden at Creative Castles. It was a fabulous experience for her and me as a parent. We cannot say enough good things about the school. When she finished the year, she was already able to do the work of a eng-of-the-year first grader. She had a late birthday and was young for her age.
My granddaughter has been attending Creative Castle for the past two years. It is by far the best preschool in Anthem. The curriculum is comprehensive and academically oriented. And the teachers, director, and staff are totally awesome. Children are personally greeted by name with a cheerful greeting each day by staff, director, and teacher as well as a personal farewell at the close of the school session. The atmosphere could not be more pleasing. The classrooms are cheerfully painted and decorated as well as the common areas and furnished with a variety of learning centers including computers. I would recommend this school to anyone.
Creative Castle has wonderful teachers that love being there. My son wakes up excited to go to his school. Teacher communication is excellent and the curriculum is top notch! Class sizes are small. He is learning Spanish, gymnastics and music every week. He will continue through their kindergarten program and my youngest daughter will start as soon as she turns three.
I sent my child to this school for Preschool (4yr old class). He had previously attended a 3yr old preschool before attending this school. I was new to the area and thought after some research on schools in this area, that this one seemed to be the most friendly and my son seemed to like the atmosphere. After one year I decide to pull him out and send him to another private school in the area that was more focused on the academics and not so much the creative and free play time. Creative Castle was would be great for your 3yr old preschooler, but is not the place to ready your child for Kindergarden. I feel for the cost are other schools in the area that will prepare your child better for the same cost. It all depends on what you are looking for.
I was not that impressed with the preschool. The lunch bunch is loud and wild with children running all around. The teachers were very unfriendly to my son- they did not greet nor did every say goodbye - very little communication from teachers given to me about my child's progress- when i asked the teacher about his progress she seemed put off- I also witness on two occasions a teacher being rude to the children during lunch bunch- it really looks like many of the teachers are tired and sick of the kids- they do not look happy at all - I won't send my child here (plus it is expensive) not worth the money!
Couldn't have asked for more in both the preschool and kindergarten program. My daughter has attended for two years and has grown so much in all areas. My son just started this year and wants to go everyday! The director is also the owner and shows great pride and leadership in the school. The teachers are BA degreed and the class sizes are kept under twelve students.
