Shepherd's Promise Child Care, Inc.
Develops empathy: Agree

My child is "special"...in my opinion. What I mean by that is he's an extremely picky eater, he can be really dis-engaged in the mornings AND he loves to play drums. All of his teachers have embraced his charisma and makes him feel important, even when he doesn't always fit in with the other kids. He is made to feel very much like them, even though he's a little "different".

I've noticed how the kids are held accountable for following/not following instructions and treating each of their peers with respect. Kids are going to be kids, but that's not an excuse, per the teacher's response. I've seen kids hit or push another child and teacher moves quickly to diffuse the situation by making the offending child apologize to his/her peer. It makes me feel good about the way my child is treated when I'm not around.

My son is only 11 months old so he doesn't have any homework. :-) Later on, he will.

Shepherd's promise is such an amazing place for our son. My husband and I are so satisfied with how awesome the teachers and staff are. Everyone is so friendly. I love how affordable the school is and how convenient the location is from our home. I know our son is in great hands just because of how he smiles when he sees his morning and afternoon teachers. I could not see ourselves putting our son in another daycare. The amount of love the teachers show our son is overwhelming with joy. They have become our second family. Furthermore, the fact that the daycare is centered around Christian belief was a plus for us. I know our son will grow and learn from this place for years to come.

Yes. They want the students to succeed and want the parents to be satisfied with all that they do.
